Charlie Girling - Founder
Charlie founded W-health after two decades working in financial services in the U.K and Asia. She found herself personally experiencing an episode of burnout but also commonly seeing her clients experiencing stress and burnout within the businesses she supported. She felt she was lacking an effective toolkit to deal with these issues. She
Charlie founded W-health after two decades working in financial services in the U.K and Asia. She found herself personally experiencing an episode of burnout but also commonly seeing her clients experiencing stress and burnout within the businesses she supported. She felt she was lacking an effective toolkit to deal with these issues. She went onto complete her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is now on a mission to create more mentally healthy workplaces by giving people the latest yet simple and effective tools to not only survive but thrive professionally and personally.
